UMB temporarily closes its Spintex branch over ‘technical reasons’

The Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) has temporarily closed down its branch at Spintex in Accra.

The bank attributed the decision to technical reasons. The closure will last from 2nd to 5th August 2021.

This was contained in a notice the bank sent to its customers and sighted by ghanabanks.org.

“Due to a number of technical reasons, our Spintex branch is temporarily closed effective Monday, August 2, 2021, and reopen Thursday, August 5, 2021,” the bank added in the notice.

UMB urged its customers around Spintex to access its other branches at Airport City, East Legon, University of Ghana Campus, or the Labone branch.
